La Sucriere
The soul of the group, and proof that a bright path ends somewhere delicious. La Sucriere is an authentic French bakery on the Simpson Bay Lagoon, led since 2014 by chef Emmanuel, whose pastry career began at La Petite Colombe in St. Barth. The public agrees: 4.6 stars on both Google and TripAdvisor across more than 1,400 reviews.
Baked before sunrise, every day.

The Lagoon Terrace
Waterfront seating for up to sixty guests with panoramic views over the Simpson Bay Lagoon. Seats are first come, first served.
Wholesale Supply
An island wide line that supplies many supermarkets and restaurants across Sint Maarten with breads and pastries.
Emmanuel, at the helm since 2014
His journey began as a pastry chef at renowned houses such as La Petite Colombe in St. Barth. In 2013 he brought that training to Sint Maarten, and by 2014 he had taken the helm of La Sucriere, turning a neighborhood bakery into one of the island's most reviewed food spots.
The second shop sits on Old Street in historic Philipsburg, steps from the century old Courthouse and the cruise promenade.
